About Us

Everyone who trains Jiu Jitsu will get injured at some point. It’s inevitable. This website and its contents are designed to get you back on the mat as soon as possible. We see this as a partnership between us and you, the BJJ Player.

You see, we aren’t going to tell you NOT to train, far from it actually. After you take our ‘quiz’ and purchase your customized recovery plan, do the work and you’ll be back on the mats before you know it. In fact, there’s usually very few reasons why you can’t be back on the mats immediately. What we do is provide you with qualified information about what you should train around and a customized plan to put recovery in YOUR hands. Any questions? Feel free to slide into our DM’s or email us at
[email protected]. Move better, feel great, roll forever; GO TRAIN – OSS!

Over 100 Athletes

Everything we do here is designed for one purpose; to keep all of us on the mats training. It’s not a question of “if” but rather “when” you’re going to be injured in this sport. As BJJ players ourselves, we understand that all too well. We will help you identify, treat, and (most importantly) TRAIN around those injuries like we’ve done with thousands of other athletes from every sport imaginable for decades.

Our time-tested diagnostic methodology will identify your injury and provide you a tailor-made recovery program specific to YOUR individual needs. Everything is diagnosed and provided through the lens of licensed medical professionals who speak the language of Jiu-Jitsu.
